Information about us

Rosset Consulting MT aims to deliver a high-quality service that is affordable and clear for our customers

Our role as a “third party facilitator” is to allow the customer to experience excellent medical services and/or healthcare around the world. We will work hard to focus on the customer’s needs and interests.

ROSSET CONSULTING MT commits itself to provide the customer with the service agreed upon by both sides. The price of the overall service “the quote” that we supply will be subject to change until the contract between the customer and ROSSET CONSULTING MT comes into existence and the booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and will be made available to you before a contract has been created between us and the customer. Any price changes will not affect a contract once it has been established. Prices and services in a contract will only be binding for that contract at the time of the invoice.

All additional costs (such as accommodation, flights, transportation to and from the airport etc.) if provided by us will be explained and included in the quote and is subject to change until a contract has been established

The quote will include a list of services that the customer has requested, that we can or will offer and is agreed upon with our partners around the world. Your quote will always be explained, and it is the customer’s responsibility to seek clarification before booking is confirmed

The contract between the customer and ROSSET CONSULTING MT only comes into existence after the client sends agreed payment (or deposits), it has been received in full and an invoice has been issued by us. A contract and invoice are confirmation of a legal booking of our services and the customer’s acknowledgement of such. The date on the invoice will be considered as the starting point of the contract.

Please note that all medical procedures and all travel has a risk attached to it and so it is the customers responsibility to be aware of all this prior to payment and creation of a contract

We at ROSSET CONSULTING MT will not be held responsible for:

  • i) Customers failure to follow travel itinery
  • ii) For any travel issues or delays
  • iii) For medical disputes of any kind between you and the hospital or clinic
  • iv) For unforeseen issues that arise outside of a contract

Our Liability is limited to a duty of care in our capacity as a third part facilitator governed by Swiss Law

Disputes

In the event of a dispute between you and the healthcare provider, this would be conducted under the country in which your medical procedure took place unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints

The ROSSET CONSULTING MT takes all complaints seriously. We request that all complaints are made in writing and forwarded to The ROSSET CONSULTING MT Customer Care Team by email

You will receive a reply within 21 working days

Quotes, Deposits, Contracts and Invoices

A quote will provide all information pertaining to the individual requirements of a customer and is valid for a period of 14days only from the date issued

Any additional services requested after the issue of a quote, will create a brand-new quote and may reflect in subsequent price changes.

Upon creation of a contract and issue of an invoice, any additional costs due to complications or issues of any kind will be extra and included in a new quote. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of such information and seek clarity before commencing with any medical procedure

Following agreement of a quote, a deposit or full payment will be required to create a contract and issue an invoice, within 14days of issuing a quote

A deposit of 50% of the total quote is required for creation of a contract and creation of an invoice. The remainder of the total cost is to be paid 30days prior to the commencement of travel.

All payments can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to keep the 50% deposit regardless of the time of cancellation (whether it is failure to attend or declining to continue with any agreed procedure)

Prices and Payments

All prices given, and all payments received will be in Swiss Francs (CHF) and may affect your costs due to the foreign exchange rates for your currency. ROSSET CONSULTING MT cannot be held responsible for the exchange rates given by your bank &/or your card issuer

All payments by credit card will incur a flat rate charge of 3.5% on top of your payment and will be applied automatically to cover associated bank charges

Your Information

We will collect personal information from you in order to co-ordinate and facilitate the services that are requested by yourself.

All personal information collected by us will be provided to us by yourselves and therefore you will be giving us permission to share this our parties/partners to help facilitate your booking

ROSSET CONSULTING MT will take reasonable care to ensure that our partners/service providers are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in regard to protecting your personal information

It is important that you provide timely and accurate information for us to deliver the service to you. Failure to provide the information may result in ROSSET CONSULTING MT delaying or being unable to provide the services to you

ROSSET CONSULTING MT takes all practical precautions to ensure that the personal information we collect, use and or disclose is complete and correct, however, the accuracy of the information is subject largely to the details you submit.

It is the responsibility of the customer to keep us informed of changes to their information immediately and any costs incurred due to this will be the sole responsibility of the customer and not ROSSET CONSULTING MT

Medical and surgical advice given in this web site is intended to be accurate and to the best of our knowledge, however any advice given should be discussed and thoroughly understood with the healthcare providers before proceeding with the treatments.

Accessing our site

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference ONLY but must not be posted online or shared or used for other purposes

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

ROSSET CONSULTING MT is a privately owned company. We do not offer medical or legal advice. Our aim is to provide our customers access to quality and world class medical services as quickly as possible at affordable prices for them as a medical tourism facilitator.

We cannot however accept any responsibility for the outcome of any medical or surgical treatment you receive based on any information you receive from us. We act as facilitators introducing our customers to our service partners and assist with the logistics of organizing the treatment.
